The Whidbey Island Conservation District serves residents of Whidbey Island in conserving natural resources through educational outreach as well as technical and financial assistance to provide a healthy environment for present and future generations.

Office Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

 

There is generally someone available during these hours.  

However, occasionally staff are out in the field.

The Whidbey Island Conservation District (WICD) serves property owners and residents of Whidbey Island, Washington.
The WICD assists rural landowners, farmers, municipalities, and other partners to protect and restore the natural resources of Whidbey Island.
In addition, the District hosts tours, workshops, event booths, and is active in newly developing issues relating to low impact development.
 
WICD is a political sub-division of Washington State formed under RCW 89.08
